Muntaha Wali is the Chief Executive Officer of Three Shores AI, where he sets the company’s strategic vision and leads growth, technology innovation, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. He is building Three Shores AI as an AI-native technology company focused on applying artificial intelligence, automation, data, cloud, and modern software engineering to solve complex government, healthcare, and mission challenges.
With 19 years of executive leadership, management consulting, and technology transformation experience, Mr. Wali has led multidisciplinary teams, multi-million-dollar technology programs, enterprise modernization initiatives, and strategic growth efforts. His leadership has contributed to exceptional client performance ratings across all evaluated categories, multi-million-dollar modernization efficiencies, and the transformation of complex technology environments involving 80+ applications and data sources.
His experience spans major initiatives supporting the FDA, NIH, CMS, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Defense, with leadership across regulatory science, federal health, AI and intelligent automation, application modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise data, interoperability, and mission-critical digital platforms.
